Do I need a card to start?

No. Start on Free with 100 items and 20 locations. Upgrade only when you need offline access, sharing, import tools, or team roles.

Which paid plan should I choose?

Choose Pro for the default serious single-user setup. Choose Team only when multiple people need to edit the same inventory.

How are upgrades billed?

Paid plans are billed per workspace on the current monthly price. Existing subscriptions keep their existing price until the subscription is changed, canceled, or restarted. Downgrades keep your data intact.

Can I get an invoice or PO?

Yes. Email hello@dokodo.app for invoice copies, billing questions, or rollout help before or after checkout.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access through the end of the billing period, then move back to Free. Your inventory stays intact while paid-only features pause.
