Do I need a card to start?

No. Create a workspace and stay on the Free plan with 100 items and 20 locations. Pro has a 14-day free trial that requires a card for verification.

How does the Pro trial work?

Start your 14-day trial with a card on file. If you don't cancel before it ends, you'll be billed monthly. Cancel anytime during the trial with no charge.

How are upgrades billed?

Pro bills monthly per workspace after the trial ends. You can switch back to Free anytime and keep your data. Team plans include onboarding and consolidated invoices.

Can I get an invoice or PO?

Yes. Email hello@dokodo.app after creating your workspace and we will set up annual invoicing or purchase-order based billing.

What happens if I cancel?

You retain access until the cycle ends. Your data is preserved on the Free plan. We keep backups for 30 days and can provide a CSV export on request if you need it sooner.
